UV Coating Plastic Card Printing

UV coating is a glossy coat that can be applied to plastic cards to give them an additional glossy finish. This coat is applied to the card in the same manner that an ink color is applied.We offer two types of gloss finish, UV coat and overlay. UV coat brings out vibrant colors, however does not protect a card as well as an overlay would. Once a UV coat is applied on a card we cannot thermal print on these cards so if your cards require variable data or a barcode, overlay would be applied to the side that needs the thermal printing instead of the UV coat.
