OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATVE(US Nationwide)
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility for our outside sales representative is to increase sales volume by expanding our current client base. Duties include new business prospecting and developing, cold calling, scheduling client introductions and meetings, preparing proposals, presentations and bid specifications to strategically win new businesses. Need to meet sales quotas aggressively and consistently. Participate in trade shows to promote company image and products. Must have exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills to work with a broad range of client base and to establish long-term client relationships with ultimate customer satisfaction.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ yr of business-to-business sales experience with knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, and lead generation. Must have ability to capture and close sales.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree with proficiency in PC computer, MS Windows operating systems.
• Plastic Card Printing industry experience is a must.
• Ability to work independently and to perform without direct supervision with outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Able to Identify and analyze critical situations and to solve the issue promptly as a team member.
• Excellent communication skills, pleasant phone manners, and proficiency in reading and writing English are very critical.
• Must have positive learning attitude to accept positive criticism and professional manner.
• Flexible schedule with no restrictions for traveling.
• Valid current driver license and own reliable vehicle.
• Multilingual is a plus.
